Thrivent Builds/Habitat 2008
Ground Breaking Ceremony in Coatsburg, IL

Quincy Area Habitat for Humanity and Thrivent are pleased to announce the dedication of our 3rd Thrivent Builds/ Habitat home in Adams county and the 16th Habitat home in our area.

The Dedication will take place this Sunday at 214 Jefferson in Coatsburg at 2:00. Refreshments and a tour of the home will be provided. We encourage everyone to come ! Greg and Britney Foster, our partner family, will be purchasing this home through a 20 year, interest free mortgage.Their payments are used to purchase materials for the next home. Once again, Tim Keys and his students at Unity High, built the walls and Roger Flesner and Jim Alberts served as project coordinators. All Habitat homes become a reality because of the generosity of people in our area and the many volunteers who build, paint and serve lunches to the workers! First Bankers Trust has provided funding for this home as well as a home in Mendon and Quincy. For more information please call Lee Curtis at 217-316-9311.
